Yes! The meal plans are designed to be repeated throughout the week. Instead of overwhelming you with multiple meal options, we focus on a simple, structured approach that ensures:

Eating the same meals throughout the week keeps things straightforward and stress-free, so you don’t have to constantly think about what to eat. As you continue on in the program you number of options will also expand allowing you to mix and match throughout the week. - What does 1 day of eating mean?

1 day of eating refers to what is contained in a single meal plan. Typically this is 1 breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert, along with any coffee and snacks you wish to include.
- How do I track my progress?

Mitch Little Academy’s app includes progress-tracking features for weight, body measurements and habit tracking. You’ll also have regular check-ins with our team to ensure you’re on track and can make adjustments as needed to keep moving toward your goals.
- What support is available if I have questions or need help?

Our team is here for you every step of the way! You can reach out to us anytime through the app, and we also offer weekly live sessions with Mitch for extra support and guidance. You’ll have access to a private community as well, where you can connect with other members on the same journey.
